Shipping Policy
A fast shipment is our one of the main goals. We send packages to your local post office, and then a postman will bring it to the indicated address. Moreover, it is possible to state your home address or office address to receive your package.
There are two standard options of the package shipment:
- AirMail. Any package will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. However, a period of the shipment may vary because unpredictable factors may affect it.
- EMS (Express Mail Service). This option may be chosen, if a customer needs pills as soon as possible. The delivery period is 4-9 business days.
No matter what option has been chosen, a delivery may be free, if a cost of the package is more than $200. So, you may partner with your friends or relatives in order to buy pills at this sum and save on the shipment. (here is some lifehack for you).
In case of the EMS, a package will be assigned a unique tracking number. Due to this number, a customer will monitor the way of the pills. It is very convenient, because a customer will know approximately the exact day, when the package will come.
Solid Packaging
None package has been broken during the transportation so far. And it is not a surprise, because we use only quality packing materials. Moreover, we care about our nature, and so we minimize the use of plastic for packing. The pills come in blisters, and in a solid envelope. We do no write a name of the pills on the envelope. All information is confidential.
Order Status
An order status gives a client a possibility to follow the entire process of online shopping. It is a well-organized, automated system that allows to control, change and monitor the stages made during buying any item online.
We constantly control this process to provide only fast and good services. Any client may check the order status at any time. To do this, it is necessary to log in into your profile on the site and enter an order number. If you forgot your order number, feel free to contact us and we will give you all information about your order status.
Changes happening with a client’s order will be automatically sent to a customer’s email address indicated during placing the order. If there are no messages from us, please check a Spam folder.
